Sullivan Vineyards Selects Active Club Management
to Support & Grow Wine Club Revenues
March 5, 2005 - Livermore, CA - Sullivan Vineyards selected
Active Club Management for Wine Club Management. Known for their Big Reds and voted
one of the best wineries to visit in Napa Valley, Sullivan has had tremendous success
with their wine club and is reportedly one of the largest clubs in the valley.
The Sullivan Wine Club present unique challenges. The club shipments go out four times a year.
The frequency falls within the industry average however what is different about their club
is that the program allows customers to customize the selection and quantity of wine that
will be included in each shipment.
The software that Sullivan had been using for several years crashed and froze in place.
Shipments were due to be processed and a new solution had to be found. The team from Sullivan
